About project B6:
This project aims to establish a global analysis of various particle properties by a combined analysis of the data from several fractionating hydrodynamic analytical techniques for the same sample in a single evaluation. The global fits will yield distributions of particle size, mass, shape, density and thus composition of hybrid particles for the first time. In addition, interactions between particles shall be quantitatively evaluated from analytical ultracentrifugation data in terms of stoichiometry and interaction constant by adaptation of the methodology already established for monodisperse proteins.
